All services are provided subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective Service Providers.

4. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years of age or legally emancipated to make a Booking.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and booking process.
• You are responsible for reviewing all booking details and confirmation notices for accuracy.

5. Pricing and Confirmations

A Booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation reference has been issued. All prices displayed are subject to availability, applicable taxes, supplier rules, and currency fluctuations. The final price is guaranteed only at the time of booking completion.

6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• All requests for changes or cancellations are governed strictly by the policies of the Service Provider.

• Please be aware that some fare types and promotional rates may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
